I had heard some great things about this movie and I finally had the chance to watch it. I didn’t really connect with it until the very end in the scene where Kevin is crying with his kids, and says “I used to be a brother, but I’m not a brother anymore”.

I think the death that hit me the most was Mike’s. He just wanted to be a musician but didn’t get the chance to follow his dream because of the frustrated dreams of his family.

I hated the dad SOOO MUCH. The actor did a really good job at portraying the stereotypical macho, “boys don’t cry” kind of father.
