We got back home a few hours ago, but we had such a lovely time in Bath. I think one of the things that I liked the most is going to the Jane Austen Center. Will post pictures of our adventures tomorrow!

We are going to Bath today. It is the 250th anniversary year of Jane Austen's Birth, and apparently there is a festival that occurs there every year to commemorate it.
Fixed the perspective and it is now a square!

In a way, doing the whole shader thing to render a rectangle is similar to what I've been used to in Unity/Unreal. But, actually doing it from scratch was a bit painful haha. It was so cool though!
Also, I got my input callbacks working!
I started practicing OpenGL after a few years of not touching it. I am porting to OGL3 a very simple set up project I used to have. We have a window!

So, I don't think my partner suspects the surprise I am planning for her upcoming birthday, and I am so excited for it! It's her 30th birthday and I want to make it an even bigger deal. I will probably make a whole new blog post about it, but I've been preparing for this for the last couple of months. I am reaching levels of planning my ADHD brain had never seen before!

I've absolutely loved getting to listen and learn Swedish. I really want to take learning languages more seriously. In the last few years that I've gotten to travel more around the world I've been fascinated about the different cultures that I've gotten to experience, and I feel that language is a beautiful way to connect with it.
Today I'm in Lund, and it's also a very charming city.
Malmö is one of my favorite cities. It's soooo calm on a Sunday afternoon. I love this.
